EARTH SCIENCES

Earth Science focuses on all aspects of our planet,
including the solid earth (soil and rock - the Lithosphere),
water (fresh water and oceans - the Hydrosphere),
atmosphere, and their interactions with living systems
(the Biosphere).

Each part of the Earth interacts with the others in
many important ways and the study of these interactions
is important to us in many different ways.
